Viktoria Quartier

To the south of the popular Viktoria Park in Berlin-Kreuzberg lies the Viktoria Quartier - located on the historical site of the Schultheiss brewery with an area of over 50.000 m². In addition to the redevelopment of old structures new buildings have been established and form a whole new quarter with condominiums, offices and recreational facilities. 

Penta Group is involved in this project as project developer and general distributor. Property developer is Baywobau AG from Munich, the plans for the buildings are penned by architects Höhne. The renowned landscape architect Regina Poli is responsible for the plans of all outdoor facilities.





Eckernförde

Hafenspitze

The Penta Nord Immobilien GmbH develops the "Hafenspitze" in Eckernförde. The project borders on the historic city centre, the historic town harbour as well as the Eckernförde marina. The beach is only 50 meter away. On the property the construction of mainly freehold flats is being planned as well as a multipurpose community hall.  The aim is to integrate a large variety of different styles of residential living accommodation on the property. Design and planning is being provided by Rimpf architects.

After the very successful launch the start of construction is planned for spring 2012 in order to deliver the first condominiums to the new residents in early summer 2013.  For more information please have a look at our German project page.

Sehestedter Straße

With a beautiful view over the Eckernförde bay exclusive condominiums are being developed in Sehestedter Str. Penta is once again responsible as property developer, architects Rimpf are responsible for planning and construction supervision.

Räucherei Nachtigal

The former eel smokehouse Nachtigal - in the immediate vicinity of Eckernförde's harbour - was redeveloped to condominiums by Penta Nord Immobilien GmbH. The old storehouses were elaborately reconstructed, parts of old production areas were demolished and substituted with new buildings. The apartments have been finished in late May 2009.

The property was purchased and developed by Penta. Planning and construction supervision was taken over by architects Rimpf, estate agency Zastrow was responsible for distribution.
